With respect to the POG. I actually agree in the main. It is not a primary mover of KXL but it is still "in the mix".

I think most of us agree that the last 10 days have been most influenced by "Tax Loss".

What then influences the next 10 days. POG moving upward just cannot(in my view) be seen as a negative and thus is a part of the "overall flow".
