I agree this is tax loss selling for sure.

I expect a series of news releases maybe starting as soon as next week to right this ship. I can't see insiders signing up for another PP unless they had strong confidence that they will recoup some losses from the last one. The tricky part about tax losses for insiders is that these sales will be published. It will be interesting to watch Canadianinsider.ca over the next weeks to see if there is an increase in insider sales.
