I was wondering what was the distribution and split of shares with the new company..Here it is.

    Goldstone Resources Inc
  • SAYS IT CONSOLIDATED ITS SHARES ON BASIS OF 1 POST-CONSOLIDATION SHARE FOR
    every 1 pre-consolidation shares
  • SAYS ROXMARK SHAREHOLDERS RECEIVING 1 POST-CONSOLIDATION GOLDSTONE SHARE FOR
    each 3.75 common shares of Roxmark
