Was yerterday the day to buy?... IMO now that everything is all lined up we will see EOY pop... i.e. Dec 29-31 pop just like last year...

They have to use $14 million for exploration... but what have they freed up the remaining hard dollar millions to do?... they can spend this as they wish on acquisitions, JVs, etc...
