I agree, it's probably an exchange between accounts for tax purposes (the rich ain't like you and me...). Especially suspicious since it occurred on a day when the sp was at an extremely low level- maximizing a tax break? An order like that doesn't go in one swell foop unless it's pre-arranged (or maybe someone put in an "all or nothing" for 1.5M shares?).
