I asked Brian the same question - why going ahead with 43-101, and basically so many people want a "significant event" on Hercules, plus the change in market conditions, that it made sense. That said, he is not punching a super-dense network of expensive drill holes. Key useflu ones e.g. the new veins and a bit more GM continue, but most of the drilling is still going on other also-promising projects.
