I gave you a thumbs up this morning and I have been mulling your statement around for the last few months..with a tingling on the thought for the past 6 months..

Now I have no interest or relationship with any person related to KXL or have met any of them but ,and this is only my opinion ,but I have to bring this up now ..

I am not convinced that Brian is the right guy to be looking after my money..!!

Opinion of mine only but I have to wonder why Bill left..After the $70. million was raised Brian seemed to be helicopter everywhere(I may be wrong but I thought that Brian was a licensed helo pilot..is this why all the helicopter expense..??)some was legit but all..????..rigs here and there..sight see-ers all over the claims..(Read potential investors)...Gold shows every chance to show ..the hiring of 35 geologists in a short space of time.....buying hotels and land claims all over the place..read Otish mountains...and then giving it away to A no body ..Kirrens or who ever..buying claims that came with its own geologist who is now a KXL employee ,but is out in the middle of nowhere ...and employees are "EXPENSIVE"..

And the final nail that I am going to bring up is this Private placement which irks me to no end..

The releasing of news and development is absolutely abysmal...!!!and has been ..nothing like silence to let people know you are up to no good..It is like when your kids are little..If they are not noisy and as soon as they go quiet ,..you know damned well they are up to no good..

Now it appears that all these decisions of spending the $70 mill were not Brians alone but he ended up on the top of the pile so he has to answer where the buck stops..

Now all the helicopter time was not a waste but I believe "Excessive"..and the "No Tell KXL Motel " will eventually pay for itself and we will recover something from it ,but still expensive..None of the other companies have a hotel,that I am aware of and they seem to be way ahead in share price than us..

Did Brian and Bill have it out in the hotel parking lot..??

Why did he do the PP now..???

What is our monthly burn rate..??

It just seems that since Brian took over..KXL has gone down hill at an amazing pace..and our $70 MILLION IS FOLLOWING LIKE WATER THROUGH A SIEVE..!!!!

Brian ..it is time to show me that I am wrong about you and you are the man to lead us to the pot of gold.

I am still in KXL and now HAVE to stay as opposed to wanting to stay for the long run will be taking profits at opportune times..but will not be selling for losses..

I don't need the cash right now but it sure as hell could be used for better investment grade companies..!!
