Hi Everyone,
I was wondering about the inside trades, I didn't see anything on Friday as a result of the news release.
Does anyone know if a time limit is put on for insiders to sell/buy during a press release as part of a standard contract?
I know the area quite well and I don't see people running to the hills....this seems like a reaction to an anti-climatic release. No bonanza, but good investors might look at the bigger picture. This whole region will be up for grabs...the fundamentals of the area are too good. The Hercules project isn't the make or break for the area, it is a small piece of a large gold puzzle and Kodiak owns 85% of all of the pieces.
In Thunder Bay, Roxmark was just on the news, reporting once they had the funds in place, they would be mining. With the Ring of Fire to the north and companies like Premier and Roxmark (who put out a ton of NR comparatively), Northern Ontario will be great place for a gold camp.
I guess seeing what is happening in the actual area makes it easier to stay positive. It's not just KXL, it's the overall buzz that is in the area and with Kodiak having 'rights' to almost the entire claim, it is easy to see that something good or very good will come of the efforts.
I'm not saying this wasn't a hit to those who weren't ready for it, but, the 'sky isn't falling' at all. I'm selling some of my shares that I won't take too big of a hit on, just to please my wife...as for my higher priced ones, I'm hanging on...I'll purchase on the way back up.
Monday will be a strange day.
