dmastercard - you summed up the mood better than anyone else! In spite of the "gloomy weather", you made me laugh:

"... it's just like waiting for christmas to get up on december 25th and realize that santa is a fake man and your christmas tree is dead. and somebody stole the lights in it."

Pretty clear image to me. You also brought a needed moment of levity into our party crying in our beer. Thanks for that!

I can't say why 100%, but I'm not upset. I guess I ran out of upset-juice already, last year.

Releasing at a time when US investors are largely out of the game? True, and not the first time. I will still give them the doubt, that maybe there are some other reasons. Maybe.

Yes, the GM results were not anything to roll someone out of bed for. But, add them up to the rest of the GM, and you'll have a nice mineable package, more efficient with the veins stacking up.

The Pag North and Pag South in Milestone - I don't see anything wrong with it. Unexpected, yes. But lots of width and length, still open and a nice bulk mining open pit. If another company announced it, it would be a bolt of sunshine and their stock might rocket.

Deep drilling - yes, not much there. I have been saying that for a while now. But it's also a result from one hole - pretty well meaningless. It's just impractical to outline what's there at 1000m depth when holes take 5 weeks and $100,000+ each. Red Lake doesn't do that either - they drill from depth already. So we stuck a knitting needle ihrough the "black box", so to say, and we didn't hit the golden bear. Not really all that surprising, even if we hoped for better.

As to a spectacular hit - none are in the NR at present. But I somehow still feel they have more up their sleeve, or in the ground. There may be more to come out on WG or Brenbar, and the 43-101 is very important - would bring us to another class.

I do think we'll get over this hump.

I was in the KXL offices on Tuesday and the mood was upbeat. I'm pretty sure they're pleased with the unexpected bulk deposit at Milestone.

I don't mean to annoy anyone by not being depressed, despondent or angry, but I just don't feel that way. I did a long time ago, but that's water under the bridge. I look at where we are now - 4 good finds, great land, active gold camp, still have cash, 43-101 definitely coming out, and ask myself whether I'd spend 60 cents/share on this, and my answer is yes.

That said, our horse has not won the race yet, and I will be cracking the open the ripple anyways, on the advice of Dr. Portee ...

Hope everyone will forgive me for not being depressed ... / cedar
