KXL has money... financing will be on their terms... there will be no cheap shares issued here IMO... maybe too insiders or Sprott who have stuck with KXL and bought alot at much higher prices... but that's it... Funds/Institutions who want in at these levels will have to buy on the public market... the way it should be...

KXL seems very mindful of their float and share structure... I very much like that.
