The 43-101 is starting to be worked on and he is hoping to have it for PDAC or sooner. They still have 17 million in the bank. Brian feel that within the next 12 months the bg area will prove up over 10 million ounces. With financing he would take another 10-15 million if the terms where right .He said Sanjosie did a good job with the report on agoracom. I mentioned that shareholders would like to see a better new flow and he agreed and would try to do a better job of updating us in the future but he said the last few release has been very important to the company IE (new cfo and more propery).Hew was very upbeat and happy of the new company this is starting to become. They are starting to drill in early February 2010 when the ground is frozen and hoping the ice is thick enough to drill the golden pond and will have lots of news the winter for the market. His words was it will be a very exciting winter. He summed it up saying 2010 will be a good year for Kodiak and it share holders. I asked about the next release whether we will see numbers. He said data in coming back daily and the next news release will be number from regional and the golden mile within a few weeks. We all might have a good Christmas after all.
