Hi,

I didn't ask about news releases, nor did anyone else. The resource estimate is the next objective to be obtained. At the booth the geologist, speaking with another attendee, said they'd be awaiting the results of the drill program so they can begin the analysis. In my opinion, we are in the beginning-to-get-ready-to-get-started phase for the resource estimate.

The 43-101 is prepared by third party independant consultants, as I understand it. No mention was, nor could be made as to the types of resource categories the report would conclude.

Brian, speaking with the Alto folks, did talk about "how" he'd like to display the next drill results. He said "you know how we ordinarily put out results, we get a room and invite them them in to look at the results. I'd like to put the full data there including the standard deviations." I caught a glimpse of Irish twinkle there (Portee's leprachaun must've been about). While I'm trying to represent Brian's words best I can, he said them with an enthusiasm . My impression was that the extra detail would help the visitors to better understand the scope and scale of what was there, the strength of the evidence. This all happened in the blink of the eye and in passing.

Brian's statement about B-G camp are a rhetorical flourish - and the ultimate question. By using "merely", Brian is pointing out the crux of the matter for what they are doing as a company. They've acquired the massive land position in the district becouse they feel the potential is there for Red Lake/Timmins size and scale gold camp. KXL is going to find out that answer in the coming years.

The resource estimate in the next step. He said he he was "reasonably confident" the resource estimate would justify proceeding with a scoping study. No dates were given. We know the target is spring, preferably before PDAC in March. But, I caution, from my experience, this ends up in the hands of a third party, over whom you cannot dictate - only ask. Professionally, it is an organic process for the consultants: what does the analysis reveal and where does it take them? It is not merely a spreadsheet into which you plug the numbers. The prior NI 43-101, the Technical report is a requirement. Some companies do that part with the resource estimate. That takes longer. Becouse we've already done that part, Brian expects the resource estimate to be prepared rather quickly.

Brian said nothing about the timeframe for a scoping study. The objectives from the slide says "Begin scoping study". Bottom line follow the objectives as stated,. Brian said you can check them off one at a time because they will happen.
