KXL has been drilling continuously at Hercules and GM (more or less, sometimes with as many as 3 drills) for some 5-6 months...

That is the impression I get from everything I have read and heard re: KXL over this time period... corporate presentations, TRIC summaries, conversations with KXL etc. Even with 1 drill on and off for 5-6 months would produce an significant number of assays... none have been released for Hercules...I could also be completely wrong and clarification is welcome...

re: "They have also had one (sometimes two) drills working on infill drilling since the spring and maybe still going in order to produce the NI 43-101 - from which no assays are likely to be released prior to the NI 43-101."

Don't understand your reasoning here... if that were the case no company would release any results before NI 43-101?... Infill drilling/results are the same as any other drilling/results released to date... don't know why you would not think they would be released until NI 43-101... some results may not be released but included in NI 43-101 but I doubt they will release no infill drill results...
