By Sam's definitions, I take it it would be illegal to profit from a trade when you have insider info, even if your tenure at the company is over. H_Rattles info seems to contradict that tho.

Still fuzzy on trading in another company that is not yours. A large corp could be ready to award a contract to a smaller one for goods or services which would impact the small co's share price. Would the large Co CEO be able to buy Smallco's shares at will?

Would still like to know the portfolio's of the CEO's of Goldcorp, Barrick, etc!
