I know Roxmark has the only mill in the area, but does the merger of ONT-RMK create anything other than a larger Roxmark? I haven't done much DD on these two, other than knowing they are both in the BG area. Do either one of them, or the combination, have the cash needed to get into production? That's always the question for an explorer- can they move up to the next level. I see the advantage for ONT, since the merger gives them access to the mill, but what does Roxmark get out of it? Does ONT have the cash Roxmark needs? Or will the combined entity still have to dilute, partner, or borrow to get into production? Just wondering...
