Roxmark could never have done this RMK-ONT merger if there wasn't a perception of momentum developing in the making of Canada's next major gold camp. We have passed through the "end of the beginning" and now the meat and potatoes are coming. With the richness of proven past production, high activity and 43-101s being developed, it's inevitable that we are being put next on the following list:
Red Lake, Hemlo, Val D'Or, Beardmore-Geraldton.
Kodiak was on a rollercoaster ride what with the initial big splash and then a spate of disappointment, but that era is more than a year behind us now and I think we're motoring back on the open highway. KXL is showing solid and increasing PM mineralization with probably the most professional exploration and development team in the region.
Kodiak with its enormous (130 km long) high-quality land package and resumption of results is ridiculously underpriced, IMHO. Logically I could see two major participants here next - Kodiak and Premier.
If Kodiak continues to suffer a lack of support from the investor community (that's us) or if outsiders have been trying to hold us underwater so they can cash in later, it impairs KXL's ability to push hard for primacy in the camp. Investors will be stepping up to the plate for Kodiak in any case, and we might as well do it while it's cheap, and get the benefit of all our DD and constant watch and analysis. The investors on this board have put in the work so we might as well ensure we get good seats at the banquet table.
[red - you are correct, thanks for the sharp eyes, I missed SGX in my list of market caps at 12 million (according to google) - had it here on my paper notes and I forgot to transfer it].
