Why not JV GM to major now?

THAT would ignite interest in B-G once again... inevitable GM will eventually be sold to a major... why not JV interest to one now... money for exploration paid... access to massive expertise... exploration will be ramped up... beneficial to shareholders... etc... no? Positives outweigh negatives IMO... only negative I can think of is KXL would not own entire stake if and when property goes into production... but those are big if and when questions... how much more time and money will be spent by KXL doing the same given they have absolutely no experience doing so... step from explorer to producer a big one and expensive... majors already know hopw to do this in the interest of shareholders...
