Check out Slide 9 of this old SGX presentation... details road SGX built in 2007-08 to access Golden Extension... were many problems and delays then getting approval for a relatively small bridge... waterways (no matter how small) very sensitive in this area and require time intensive review and approval process. .. KXL could be building an extension to SGX road to access NWerly sections of the GM from the north... totally possible... maybe easier to extend existing road then to apply for new road?
