Don't get me wrong I do not think these results are bad but... It is also possible KXL 'held onto' these results until such a time they knew they would also have some better results from GM to release a short time after... IMO share price has been trending up for a reason and it wasn't because of those results... too much time has passed for these to be the only results received by KXL to date...IMO they will release more (i.e GM) soon.
