True it is tenous and that is why I said "partially''. But I had the same thought that Portee voiced on here a few days ago. That is that KXL won't have any trouble with future financing. I added a few more based on the same reasoning. Of course we can always rely on the old standard speculation that the drillers saw something promising in the core. That's my favourite.
