Thanks Ron,
I have unfortunately had a few penny stocks taken under as well as some taken over with very marginal stock appreciation. Unfortunately I have seldom actually made a profit on these company mergers or take overs. Hopefully Kodiak will stay Kodiak (love the name) until the stock is selling at a much, much higher price.
