I gotta shoot down some of the other ideas tho. Most farmers don't have the $ to retire, and when they do, the real $ is in the coffee shop close by where they congregate. Xmas tree farm? Where do I start? You ever tried to put on thru a combine? I have, it doesn't work worth a damn. Also, Christmas, and all the trees, stockings and related paraphenalia is very Politically incorrect and will be phased out within the decade. Lets not get into a buggy whip industry.
