Someone on another board speculated that Hathor (HAT.V) has set the standard so high for U results (up to 84% U308!) that it will be hard for anyone else to look good by comparison. Might be hard for KXL to get credit (in their share price) for this project no matter what happens. Maybe be they considered the choices to be to sell it outright or to have someone else do the work and put up the money for a while, and keep 30-50% of it. This way they keep at least some interest in it in case it turns out to be a monster, and they can use all their cash for drilling for gold.
