Also found it strange that I have yet to see this news wired as a KXL news release. Appears as a Kirrin Resources Inc. news release but not as KXL news release. Always a good sign when news is not important enoughto wire out immediately... Not. Something is not right here. Why would KXL be so anxious to JV 70% interest in these claims to a company with no cash and not require work until 2012?

Stumped.
