I appreciate your comments. I have one question. I realize that kxl insiders are often under a trading blackout for extended periods ( as Brian told me ) but they must have windows of opportunity from time to time. As you have said, current sp is very attractive, but no insider buying. Why not? If more shares were tightly held, would that be a good thing or a bad thing?
