How do you word it...??at what strike price triggers the bash..??


I believe that it would go something like this....

I ..Jayview..Move that we change the KXL thrash location to the KXL Hotel..in (Location Here)...when KXL hits(Share price here)....rather that the proposed site of las Vegas..


Do We have a seconder for that motion..???
