From your timing I assume the second e-mail was sent 15-20th March...

It is now the 23rd March...and Monday...maybe today you will get an answer or sometime this week..There is no excuse for NO answer ..but ,to whom did you direct your e-mail..??

or was it a "Contact us" address..?
