I tend to agree with Spiny.
Although 5.0 gpt is considered High Grade gold, you need millions of tonnes of ore and hopefully at relatively shallow depths. The Detour Lake and Eleonore deposits kind of fit this profile.
However, the Geraldton-Beardmore deposits are in Archean Greenstone formations. When the Market hears those words, it expects much higher grades and drilling to greater depths. Hence the comparisons to Red Lake.
As an investor, there is no way for me to know everything about every company. So I have to make comparisons to known gold formations. If KXL, SGX and PG keep showing the market these relatively low "high" grades, they need to also prove very high tonnage. If they can only show lower tonnage values, then they have to find very high grades.
For me, the comparisons are Bruce Channel (very high grade at depth) and Detour (much lower grades, high tonnage and shallow).
That's all I got. In the meantime, I'll shut my big mouth and wait for some more drill results.
Be well KXLers.
