Is Kodiak looking at a joint venture or merger?

There are rumors that Kodiak is meeting with one or more of its neighbours in the region. We could be talking Kodiak/Sage or Kodia/Ontex in the near future. It is known that they have courted Ontex for over a year and Sage is an extension of the Golden Mile. It could one big mining property soon.
