Not sure about a feasibility study but at the PDAC presentation, Brian Maher did say that a bulk sample would be necessary before a mill was built. ... in his words ... " you minre defiens the siae of the mill" ... so they would need to do a feasibility study to justify the expense.

Even if the mine is largely financed privately, if there is to be interest from majors, there can be no short cuts.
