It has been my past experience ,when it comes to gathering funds..do it when we got lots..don't wait until we are starving...then the sharks will take the pennies off a dead mans eyes and skin us for every noodle in the bowl...

We are in a better negotiating position if we prove that they need us worse than we need them..

Looks like the markets are selling off any thing that buyers will buy...and at any cheepo price..The pain..
