In the last year or so I have owned 2 juniors that got taken out.In both cases they didn't wait around for a major to come knocking with bags of money.There are hundreds of juniors out there that have hit various amounts of gold. I believe that to be successful you must move ahead with the assumption that you will not be bought out.

First, prove up an economic resource. Then put a plan together to move towards production. This will involve lining up partners with cash to buy a piece of the action, while maintaining majority ownership. As you move forward each major step will equate to an increase in share price.( pre-feasability,feasibility, environmental,key suppliers, infrastructure,partners etc. ). When it starts to look like it will really happen, thats when the majors will step in.

From what those of you who attended the show are saying,it would appear that kxl is at a turning point.I hope the new ceo is an egotist who wants to move the company quickly towards production or at least SAYS he wants to. This I believe would help heal some of our wounds. I am eagerly awaiting news as to our future. Rico
