Roxmark exhibiting at PDAC

    TORONTO, Feb. 26 /CNW Telbec/ - Roxmark Mines Limited (TSXV-RMK) today
announced that it will be exhibiting at the Prospectors and Developers
Association of Canada Convention 2009, in booth 513 of the trade show, March
1-4. In addition, on Tuesday March 3 and Wednesday March 4 Roxmark will be at
Booth 2340 of the Investor Exchange.
    The PDAC Convention is being held in the South Building of the Metro
Toronto Convention Centre.
    Roxmark's current focus is on reopening the Northern Empire Gold Mine in
the Beardmore Camp and will be carrying out additional surface exploration in
the camp in 2009. Roxmark is also a partner with Premier Gold Mines Limited
(TSX- PG) in the Hardrock Project located in the Geraldton Camp. As operator,
Premier will conduct a major $8 million exploration program on Hardrock
Project properties, including 50,000 metres of drilling.
    The Northern Empire Mine is located in the Town of Beardmore,
approximately 200 km northeast of Thunder Bay and serviced by the Trans-Canada
Highway. Accessibility of all Roxmark properties, including the Leitch Gold
Mine and the Nortoba-Tyson gold/molybdenum property is a strong competitive
advantage.
