Hello Ali,
I think the main reason for PG's higher share price is their association and partnership with Goldcorp. Some of their "major" projects are right beside Goldcorp's Red Lake mines and adjacent to Gold Eagle's Bruce Channel discovery. Another PG project is close to Goldcorp's Musselwhite mine.
In the world of gold exploration and mining it is hard to ignore the words Red Lake! That and 27 million ounces of historic production combined with another 20+ million in the ground.
When comparing Kodiak and Premier in the Geraldton Beardmore area, they both seem to have about the same potential. The area has past production and somewhat limited exploration. There has been lots of stripping and trenching, but not a lot of deep drilling. Check the following link that compares exploration at depth in other greenstone deposits:

On a side note, PG has identified a "new discovery" called Crown Vein right behind the Crown & Anchor Motel in Geraldton. It is also about 300-400 metres from my old house on Edith Street. We had a big greenstone outcrop right in our front yard!
So those are the things I found on a day off.
Be well KXLers.
