I was cruising through the Kodiak web site and started looking at who's who in management and realize how much talent we have on the team and with this team have pulled the short straw in going forward..It will be a ride I want to stay on for the duration..Here are some bio's worth posting and reading once again...

Terrence King, BA, LL.B., Secretary and CEO
Terry brings 20 years of experience in corporate finance and securities to the Company. A resident of Vancouver, B.C., he serves as Corporate Secretary and legal counsel. He is former Chairman of the Securities and Natural Resources Subsection (mining, oil and gas) of the Canadian Bar Association. Terry is principal of Holmes & King, an association of law corporations.
William Chornobay, President and Director
Mr. Chornobay is a businessman and Kodiak’s founder, with over 20 years of experience in mineral property acquisitions, corporate finance and managing exploration programs worldwide. Mr. Chornobay has assisted in raising in excess of $70 million CND in equity financing's for resource projects since 2003. Brian J. Maher, M.Sc., Vice President, Exploration
Mr. Brian Maher is an economic geologist with over 27 years of experience in the international mining and exploration industry. Mr. Maher received his BA degree (Geology) from the California State University, Chico in 1980 and his MSc. degree (Economic Geology) from Colorado State University in 1983, where he held a Colorado State Fellowship. Between 1979 and 1982, he worked at various positions for Homestake Mining Company, focusing on integrating new technologies with existing exploration programs and operations. In 1982, Mr. Maher began a 16-year career with ASARCO Inc. Mr. Maher initiated, designed and supervised exploration programs for gold and copper deposits in a variety of geologic environments throughout North and South America, resulting in the discovery of significant gold and base metal resources. From 1998 through 2002, Mr. Maher operated a successful geologic consulting business, emphasizing geologic modeling, resource estimation and business planning, to multiple junior, mid-size and large mining organizations. Between 2002 and 2004 Mr. Maher was Project Manager for Metallic Ventures Gold Inc., supervising underground and surface exploration at an underground gold mine in Nevada. In 2005, Mr. Maher joined Hochschild Mining PLC. At Hochschild, Mr. Maher was involved in all aspects of the company’s North American exploration program, serving as the Exploration Manager for the US, Canada and Mexico. Responsibilities at Hochschild included supervision of exploration and mine development programs, economic analysis of acquisition candidates and developing new corporate strategies. Mr. Maher is a member of the Society of Economic Geologists and the author of numerous publications on economic geology.
Robert B. Hawkins, M.Sc., P.Geo., Chief Consulting Geologist
Bob has over 35 years experience as an exploration geologist in the western US, Canada, Alaska, Finland, Sweden, Mexico, and South America, with emphasis on base and precious metals, IOCG deposits, porphyry copper and molybdenum in a variety of geologic environments. He is credited with the initial discovery and development of the Jerritt Canyon district in Nevada and the discovery of the Richmond Hill gold deposit in South Dakota. He has participated in all roles and phases of exploration including field geologist, project management, consulting, and VP of exploration. Bob was educated at the Idaho State University, receiving his B.Sc. (Geology) in 1971 and his M.Sc. (Geology) in 1973. He started out his geology career with FMC Corporation in 1969, later moving on to Freeport McMoran where he worked for 14 years in a variety of roles including Senior project Manager, Senior Geologist, and District Exploration Manager. He has also worked with Independence Mining Company as and Exploration Manger, and with Cobre Mining Company, Metallic Ventures, and American Bonanza Gold Corp. as the VP of Exploration. He has also acted as a geological consultant to United Bolero Development Corp. and Northland Resources. Bob has written a number of publications that have been published in industry journals, including articles on disseminated gold deposits and porphyry copper deposits.
Keith Metcalfe, B.Sc. Adv., P.Eng, P. Geo., Chief Exploration Geologist, Energy Division
Keith graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 1978.
From 1975 to 1985 he worked for several senior uranium explorers including Eldorado Nuclear Ltd., Amok Ltd. And Getty Mines Limited on extensive exploration and development projects throughout the three distinct uranium camps within the Athabasca Basin: Uranium City; Carswell Structure – Cluff Lake Mine operations and the World Class uranium-producing Wollaston Trend. From 1985 to present he gained additional exploration experience with Minatco (Areva), Cameco, Imperial Metals and Denison/Midwest JV, on uranium projects located within the Wollaston Trend. Keith has several decades of experience in the geology, exploration models and uranium occurrences in the Athabasca Basin.
Paul S. Ogryzlo, B.Sc., P.Geo, Special Consultant, Energy Division
Paul graduated from University of Calgary in 1972.
Paul has more than 35 years of international exploration experience in base metals, gold, uranium and industrial mineral, and more than 20 years of these as a field geologist. He was actively participating in the discovery and development teams on deposits in Quebec and Saskatchewan. During his career he has managed Canadian exploration budgets in the order of $17million dollars and a land position of more than 600,000 hectares. Paul worked for Cameco Corporation from 1979 –
2005 where he later became director of exploration with the responsibilities of Cameco’s international uranium exploration programs including, Canada and Australia. At Cameco he directed the uranium exploration teams through a period of expansion and acquisition and left the corporation well positioned for future discoveries. He has a history of successfully negotiating joint venture agreements with major competitors and played a significant role in Cameco’s acquisition of Power Resources Inc., the largest uranium producer in the USA, and established Cameco’s exploration presence in the USA.As a senior geologist, Paul was also responsible for the technical supervision of exploration programs in Saskatchewan for uranium, during the period following the formation of Cameco. He supervised the delineation and geotechnical drilling from surface of the McArthur River Deposit during the post-discovery period up to the decision to proceed with underground development. He was also supervising the integration of the Eldorado and S.M.D.C exploration philosophies, programs, and people for projects in the Eastern Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan. From 1979 - 1988 he was employed with Eldorado Nuclear Ltd., where he carried out various uranium exploration projects in Saskatchewan such as Conwest Giekie River, Rabbit Lake North and South Blocks, Fond du Lac and on several smaller projects along the north rim of the Athabasca Basin. A number of encouraging mineral occurrences were located during this period. He took part of the IAEA Technical Comittee Meeting in Kiev, Ukraine 1997 and presented a paper on “Trends in Canadian Uranium Exploration & Mining” 1997, Darwin, NT, Australia. He is a member of APEGS (P. Geo.) Association of Professional Engineers & Geoscientists of Saskatchewan, APEGS Consulting Practice Committee, CIM Canadian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy and has been the Chairman of Saskatoon Section of Geological Society 2001-2003.
Rodney R. Koch, .Sc., P.Geo., Special Consultant, Energy Division
Rodney graduated in 1972 from University of Waterloo.
Rodney has 35 years of exploration experience, of base metals, gold and uranium with world class companies in which 30 years have been in uranium exploration. He was a member of the discovery teams for UG’s Kiggavik (Lone Gull) and AREVA’s Shea Creek Deposits. He is a member of the 'Society of Exploration Geophysicists', 'European Association of Exploration Geophysicists' and the 'Association of Professional Engineers and GeoScientists of Saskatchewan'.Between 1986 – 2008 Rodney worked for AREVA Resources Canada Inc. Saskatoon, Sk., where he was the Chief Geophysicist. His duties were to supervision of all geophysical activities within the exploration and mining groups of Areva Resources Canada Inc. including the project and senior geophysicists of the exploration department. He also monitored, evaluated and improved geophysical exploration methods in use by the Areva group and applied the results of geophysical research and development to improve the effectiveness of Areva’s exploration efforts. Between 1981 – 1986 Rodney worked for Cameco Corporation, where he assisted in exploration planning by providing technical advice to staff geological team for SMDC uranium projects in the Athabasca Basin. He was involved in the development and use of computer processing and interpretation techniques and both participated and supervised, in the use of ground and airborne techniques including : VLF, Magnetic, IP, HLEM ( Max Min II ), Turam, Deepem, Borehole Deepen, EM - 37, Radiometrics , Gravity, Fixed-wing INPUT, Helicopter INPUT, Helicopter-borne EM, VLF, Mag and High-sens. Mag. Rodney has also worked for Urangesellschaft Canada Limited between 1977 – 1981, as Senior Geophysicist. He was involved with design, monitoring, and direct supervision of ground geophysical surveys, contract or in-house, for uranium exploration projects located primarily in the N.W.T. and Saskatchewan and evaluated, interpreted results, provided reports with recommendations for further work if merited.

Michael E. J. Phelps, O.C., B.A., LL.B, LL.M, LLD.(Hons), Chairman of the Board of Directors
Mr. Michael E.J. Phelps is Chairman of Dornoch Capital Inc., a private investment company. In 2003, the Canadian government appointed Mr. Phelps as Chairman of "the Wise Persons' Committee", a panel developed to review Canada's system of securities regulation. From January 1988 to 2002, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer, and subsequently as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, of Westcoast Energy Inc., Vancouver, BC. In 2001, Mr. Phelps was appointed as an Officer to the Order of Canada. Mr. Phelps sits on the Board of Directors of Canadian Pacific Railway Company, Spectra Energy Corp. (separated from Duke Energy Corp. January 2007), Fairborne Energy Trust and the Vancouver Organizing Committee for 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Games. He is currently Chairman of the Board of the GLOBE Foundation of Canada and Kodiak Exploration Limited. From 1997 to 2006 he served as Chairman of the Committee to Nominate the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board. Mr. Phelps also serves on the board of the VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation. Mr. Phelps is a Senior Advisor to Deutsche Bank AG Canada and Vale Inco Limited.

David Richardson
Mr. Richardson is President and CEO of Octaform Systems Inc., a unique patented stay-in-place concrete forming system. Founded in 1997, Octaform has developed numerous applications for its product in diverse markets. This innovative PVC technology allows for design efficiency and flexibility that architects, engineers, and contractors demand. Octaform's utility extends to all types of construction including agricultural, aquaculture, commercial / industrial, as well as residential and specialty projects. Mr. Richardson has a B. Comm. Honours from the University of Manitoba. He is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors with the professional designation ICD.D.
Prior to pursuing his own endeavors, Mr. Richardson worked with James Richardson & Sons, Limited in the capacity of Manager Food and New Product Development, focused on value added processing in Western Canada. Concurrent with and supporting his experience with the family enterprise, Mr. Richardson was actively involved in government lobby activities. He was a founding member and director of the Asia Pacific Foundation and was co-leader in various government trade missions to Asia while on the Board of the Canada China Trade Council.
Mr. Richardson is a Director of Capital Alliance Group, parent company of CIBT Education Group Inc. Formed in 1994, it is rated as one of the top ten foreign-owned MBA providers in China. CIBT has three campuses in Beijing and two in Weifang City, Shandong Province. He is a Director Emeritus of Ducks Unlimited Canada following 20 years on that board and remains dedicated to serving several private, public, and philanthropic boards.
Tom Mullan, CA
Mr. Tom Mullan is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia and Manitoba (BC since 1964, MB since 1970).
Tom has over 35 years of accounting and financial, administrative and general business experience. He has public accounting experience with medium and large size public accounting firms and has over 20 years working in private industry.
Tom currently holds the position of the Chief Financial Officer for Investor First Financial Inc. and a group of associated corporations.
Robert John Harrington, M.Sc., P. Geo.
Mr. Harrington has over 28 years of experience in the minerals exploration and development industry. He started his professional career as an exploration geologist in the uranium industry where he worked in the western US and Canada for the Pichheney- Uranerz joint venture. Mr. Harrington subsequently founded the private exploration and consulting companies Exploraciones Colorado-Argentina and Colorado Exploraciones-Chile, both of which were sold to exploration groups in those respective countries in the late 1980’s. From 1990 to 2000 he worked for Rio Tinto Corporation in South America where he held the positions of Exploration Manager, Technical Services Manager and, most recently, General Manager of Peruvian operations. In 2000 Mr. Harrington joined Maurico Hochschild and Company (MHC), a Peruvian-based private mining company, as International Exploration Manger. During his tenure with MHC, in addition to exploration, he has been intimately involved with Business Development and New Opportunities Evaluation and Acquisition for this rapidly expanding privately held international company. He also was co-founder and remains a principal partner of I-cubed, a remote sensing and GIS service Company. Mr. Harrington holds a BSc. Degree in Geology from Colorado College and a MSc. Degree in Geology from the University of Colorado.
Hartley T. Richardson, Special Corporate Advisor
Hartley T. Richardson is President of James Richardson & Sons, Limited, a private, family-owned corporation with interests in the international grain distribution and related businesses, real estate development and management, and the financial and investment sector. Mr. Richardson serves as a Director of Angiotech Pharmaceuticals Inc., MacDonald Dettweiler and Associates, Railpower Technologies, SemBioSys Genetics Inc., and BA Energy Inc. He is the Chairman of the Business Council of Manitoba and a Director of the Canadian Council of Chief Executives.
