I own OSK and feel a little upset right now, the share price dropped about 0.75 $ by this offering.

The good thing appears that they will be able to raise the money, so in the long term it should be good. They either develop the mine on their own or get taken over by a bigger fish, after they get this financing done. I suspect the latter is more likely.

The good thing from what I can see with this deal, is that if you got a good property, present economic problems or not, things will move forward
