Peraps they are planning to bulk mine and send the ore to ROX that has a mill if I recall. I would bet that the ROX shareholders would exchange Kodiak for ROX shares and voila a takover. Diesel and food are what is needed and little in the way of electricity until the ore starts to pour... gonna love 2009.
