If you look at the filing dates on the list of insiders you see some with the latest filing dates long before the Private placement date and Hartley Richardson,Chairman, is not even on the list..plus they had and may still have 35 geologists new hires that would have options and are considered insiders and company claims to conrol over 50% of the company so that would be 44,000,000 shares plus..

So don't put too much money on this list of insiders..
