Cedar, you may be right. However I have to believe that insiders know much more than the average investor. When the sp got down to .50 , there were still no insider purchases even though I'm sure some insiders had some spare cash.

So, Why didn't they buy low? There are only 2 possible answers. Either they were prevented from doing so or they didn't want to. If they didn't want to, knowing more than we do,then that makes me scared with the number of shares I have.

I really hope they didn't buy because of a blackout. If this is the case then what is the material information they have? Rico
