Creating shareholder wealth by advancing gold projects through the exploration and mine development cycle.
HR08-297. 1,027m. Assays pending. Results to watch for.
Weren't told HR08-297 intersected 'gold-bearing quartz' as has been the norm on the Golden Mile BUT were told "drill hole HR08-297 has intersected the Golden Mile". IMO based on results to date we can infer HR08-297 contains gold... question is... million dollar question is how much and over what width?
Possible HR08-297 could return high-grade over a comparatively larger width than we have seen thus far. We have been told "quartz plus sulphide veining, quartz-carbonate stockwork and sheared gabbro over an eight-metre interval"... maybe contains high-grade gold over 3m? 5m? Or maybe contains low-grade.
Good thing is... hole is completed... more deep holes underway... labs are not backed up... results could come very soon. IF high-grade over 4-5m than possible we could get halt IMO... would be a very significant revelation for KXL.

P.S. Is it just me or do other juniors seem to reacting positively to news as of late? What a concept. LOL.
"drill hole HR08-297 has intersected the Golden Mile at a downhole depth of over one kilometre"
"Assays are pending for recently completed hole HR08-297, however, a visual inspection of the drill core shows quartz plus sulphide veining, quartz-carbonate stockwork and sheared gabbro over an eight-metre interval at a downhole depth of 1,027 metres; the system remains wide open, clearly demonstrating the robust nature of the Golden Mile vein system at depth. Hole HR08-297 was drilled as a deep test of one of the high-grade shoots previously identified in Area 51 of the Central Golden Mile. Wedging off this hole, producing additional deep intercepts, is planned. Higher in this gold mineralized shoot, drill hole HR08-192 intersected 75.3 grams per tonne (g/t) (2.20 ounces per ton) gold over 0.4 metre at a downhole depth of 231 metres. Multiple drill holes in both the western shoot and the eastern shoot in Area 51 suggest widespread high-grade gold mineralization in those shoots. Continuing exploratory drilling along strike and to depth continues to intersect mineralized quartz vein and significantly expand the geometry of the Golden Mile system."
