Timely release of news

I wonder if anyone here thinks Kodiak has become deliquent ( over the past 6 to 9 months ) in releasing news in a timely manner. The BCSC can be contacted about their "timely release" rule should it be a concern.
News releases are fewer and farther between than earlier this year.
