I did not mean to imply that you were claiming a tax loss..I was opening up the door to the possibility of INSIDERS taking a tax loss and that we should all be ready to see some insider selling and not to panic if the share price drops and there is nothing wrong with the company if insiders sell at this time of year..

You may get a hell of a deal shortly but you may also end up with a tax loss senario if you buy back AFTER the wash period.
