Message: 76,500m of drilling...

Update to below...

If you add up all the drilling 'total depths' in the latest NR there was 30,800m reported for Hercules and just over 1,000m reported for other areas. We are also told Hercules drilling now totals 65,000m.

Therefore, we can deduce there are approximately 34,000m of assays pending for Hercules (including a 1km hole) and at least 15,500m pending from other areas (based on 16,500m in MD&A, likely more now).

That is a lot of results pending. I think it is pretty safe to assume remaining 'shallow' holes from Hercules will continue to produce similar results that we have seen. This will be great news. But I was really glad to see they have not just started a deep hole but actually finished a deep hole and assays are pending (these can take sometime to drill). I think the results from this hole could tell us alot about the real potential of this deposit. You can bet a lot of thought/intelligence went into choosing the location of this hole. The prospect of wedging off this hole, producing additional deep intercepts, is very exciting...we will eventually be getting multiple deep assays from this one hole.

76,500m of drilling...

Posted by: red911 on December 02, 2008 03:24PM

as of August 1: 27,000m completed and reported; 3 rigs added; 8 rigs total

as of October 31: 76,500m completed (60k at Hercules and 16.5k at other properties

Therefore, almost 50,000m of assays outstanding.

Truly unbelievable. To say that's ALOT of pending assays is truly an understatement.
