I have gone through the latest filings and I am of two minds where we go from here..The main issue for management is shareholder value..How do we get the best bang for the buck,going forward..??

We had $30 million in cash at the end of September and we shed Solomon s Pillars for what ever reason..Not an issue to debate..what is done is done and that is what we pay management for..to make the right decisions,and as far as I am concerned,they know far more than we do and Solomon s Pillars doesn't fit into our plan..

They have been adding properties when they can ,but I believe they will stop the acquisitions of properties unless they see something that will fit into our plan..and we can snag it cheep..

I would think at this point that they have enough shallow drilling done ,results pending to select and concentrate on 1-3 targets that are deposit size and could be sold on individual basis to a major for skeinie cash $$$$$$$$$$..like multiple hockey socks full..

$30 million is a nice retirement lump but that is not a whole lot of money to support our expensive drill programs..the deep drilling required to prove up a deposit..and no one is guaranteeing a sure hit..or a deposit big enough to have the majors rolling around on the floor ,kicking and a -gouging ,in the mud ,and the blood and the beer..as Johnnie says..fighting over who is going to give us the most money for our deposit....IF we find one....

With the depressed price of gold...the unstable world markets ..the screwed up Canadian political scene...If we have to go back to the credit markets ,what are our chances of raising money in a private placement..at the rate we got the last PP at...$4.80....???

Chances are ZERO..Nada..zip...!!

Not going to raise money at all,maybe...

So the race is on...

Find the deposit and sell it before we run out of money..

Concentrate our money and energy on specific targets...

That is the only way we are going to survive..and to get our share price up..which will take a miracle...

To see us above a buck is the best I can conjure up before spring...But I'm still in and haven't sold a share ..

For how ever bad the over all situation is..we are away ahead of any other Junior miner..
