FOr the most part, I think you are right, the experts aren't a heck of a lot better at picking winners than the rest of us. Where they probably have the edge is in their approach, being more disciplined; cutting losses early, taking profits etc.

I don't think flooding BNN or Whats-his-name with a bunch of hate mail will do anything but make us look like irrational twits. We should soon find out how much $ KXL has in the bank, and if it is more along the lines of what we expect (not what the analyst is saying), then we send him an email pointing out his error. I do think it is worth finding out what he sees wrong with the company, as much for curiosity as anything. If our cash is lasting for 2-3 yrs, then we are in the drivers seat in this market as long as we keep finding gold.
