The Q3 report is not late yet as they have 60 days to file. I must also point out that Sedar is a posting service and reviews nothing. In fact interim quarterly report doesn't have to be reviewed period, only by the audit committee and board of the company. In some cases companies ask for a quick review by their auditors.
