Yes the markets are sick. Yesterday Novagold shut down some of their operations and stated that they needed to raise cash. Their sp dropped by 66% to .72.

My point is this. There are alot more juniors than there are majors. Whether it is now , next year or the year after, the majors are going to have lots to chose from. For kxl to be chosen we are going to need better resourses than almost all of the roughly 1,000 juniors and also we can't be too greedy.

I would welcome any offer that was put on the table. Firstly , we would not have to accept it ,if it was deemed too low. Secondly, our profile and sp would be instantly pushed higher. If any major made a bid for us ,it would cause the other majors to quickly look at us very closely to see if they overlooked anything.

Lets not forget ,that an offer from a major is not guaranteed at this or any point. A bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush. I'll take an offer now and trust that management will negociate well. Remember that our big share holders are in at 3.80 and 4.50 and they will want significantly more than that. With the number of shares I hold, that works for me. Rico
