Gold Corp has better financial stats than Barrick..no debt..great production and loads of cash in the bank..

And lots of their production in Canada..

Barrick is in lots of spots ,but not very stable gummints..so I'll vote for Gold Corp..if it involves shares as part of the buy package...If it is an all cash deal..who cares..??
