When you say ...

it is illegal according to securities regulations to withhold news,

I beg to differ with you..There are exceptions..One is when you are negotiations with others for a major stake in the company..

I tend to believe that with 9 majors looking at the books there is some high falutin' finaggalin' going on that would negate the news release until the negotiations are finalized..

So don't be so quick to spout legalities with out knowing the law...

There are too many legal one-day wonders on these boards that go off half cocked ,that heard something from their mother in law's half sisters uncle that is the repeatable absolute truth...

But I do agree with you on the fact that they do have info to release in a news release that would be of interest to the great unwashed..us...the loyal KXL schlongs..

And AFTER the great Vegas duster I will be starting a 12 step group for the suffering..one of which I'll be ...

AND I believe that News is much closer that any of us knows and it may be time,with the double bottom in..the US $$$$ hurting and gold on the way back to new levels ,that a gargantuan news release will soon be forth coming and KXL will rocket off like a cat on fire..

Any way it is Monday..a new week..another week for optimism...

I don't want to be seeing any "Negative waves" this week ..Christmas is coming and I have my naughty and nice list going and you don't want to be on the wrong list..

Granny is just itchin' to conjur up a plague or the evil eye to cast upon so dummy that gets negative at this time of year..
