Thanks for the added details. The PR stated that the deposit was near Kinross's other holdings, but it still sounds like a challenging location. And that's a lot of rock to move at less than 2g/t. It also means that it's likely that at least some processing and upgrade of the ore will have to take place on site.
Despite some of the griping about KXL's "low grades" (compared to what? the grades they reported first?), I'm still impressed with the consistency and high grades compared to other deposits. Generally greater than 5g/t over an enormous area, with much higher values over shorter distances. If they could only find out where it's all coming from...
